By auditioning or participating in any Deep Productions & Film production, I accept to adhere to all of Deep Productions & Film policies and procedures.  I authorize Deep Productions & Film to showcase my pictures and other demographic information to the Deep Productions & Film  website (including affiliates).   I further give Deep Productions & Film permission to use my pictures or comp cards as deemed necessary by management at any time.  Deep Productions & Film have full rights to use my pictures or comp cards to promote the business or site as deemed necessary by Deep Productions & Film.  Deep Productions & Film promotes and showcases talent for their own productions, affiliates, and business partners.

Deep Productions & Film does not charge a fee for open call auditions.  I further understand that Deep Productions & Film requires a resume, picture, or comp card to be brought to the open call auditions.  In the event that I fail to bring my resume, picture, or comp card, Deep Productions & Film will provide me these services for an additional non-refundable fee. 

I understand that Deep Productions & Film is an independent entertainment and film company.  Deep Productions & Film is not obligated to employ or represent me in any way.  In the event that I am selected from an open call audition to participate in a production, I am responsible for my own call back registration, competition registration, comp cards, pictures, and resume, unless otherwise stated by Deep Productions & Film.  I understand that Deep Productions & Film will not return any material submitted during an audition.  All rights to any material I submit are to Deep Productions & Film.

I understand that the administrating team of Deep Productions & Film has the right to advertise or remove my material from the site at any time.
